Our aim is to send your shoes as soon as payment is received, we will guarantee that the shoes will be sent in no more than 2 working days after payment. Our prices in the European Union include VAT.

When we have dispatched the order, we will send you an email with the tracking details.

Refunds or Exchanges

We do accept refunds and exchanges as part of our online service, please ensure the following:

  1. Refunds or exchanges are only valid if the goods are returned within 28 days from the day they were received.

  2. For an exchange or refund on all goods purchased in Europe or worldwide we offer free returns.
    Please email lola@loladomecq.com to advise if you are returning or exchanging. Within 24 hours we will email you a paid PDF shipping label so you can take the shoes to your most convenient drop-off point. We work with UPS, Hermes, dpd and collect+ & Inpost among others.
  3. We will issue the refund 1 working day after we have received the shoes. The refund will be performed in the same way the payment was done.

  4. Shoes must not be worn/used and should be returned in a perfect and unworn condition, without any blemish on the fabric, sole or lining.

  5. The shoebox and the dust bag must be included, otherwise the return or exchange will not be accepted.

  6. In the event shoes have been returned directly without having contacted us, we will refund the price of the shoes, but not the shipping costs.

  7. Delivery & Refunds are only free of charge one time per order: If you exchange the shoes and decide to return the second par too, you will be responsible for the full delivery & return costs.
       
  8. Please note that free returns does not apply to sale goods, it is the customers responsibility to pay for the return, and if an exchange is required the customer is required to pay the shipping charge.

  9. Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 we reserve the right to refuse a refund claim for reasons already stated in our terms and conditions.
